Health Coaching Programs

  • Firestarter

    A package that includes 6 sessions. Recommended for people who are ready to identify their wellness goals, integrate holistic practices, and learn from a variety of resources to optimize their health.

  • Sunrise

    A package that includes 12 sessions. Recommended for people who are able to identify changes they need to make, but need extra support and accountability. This program provides resources, exercises, & tools to help achieve wellness goals and take it to the next level.

  • Bloom

    A package that includes 18 sessions. Recommended for people who are interested in the Sunrise program, but wish to learn extra steps on how to self-coach and apply their knowledge to their family, business, etc.

Meet the Coach

Hi, I’m Jada!

I was born and raised in Rock Hill, SC, where I live today.

Growing up, I struggled with food, weight, and exercise. In my early twenties, I became clear about what my health goals and intentions were. I simply did not want to feel bad anymore. Whether it was loneliness, fatigue, lethargy, or turning to comforting unhealthy foods, I found myself repeating patterns that no longer served me. Taking baby steps and adopting holistic approaches, I managed to lose weight, find a love for movement, explore high quality foods, and feel happier. I want to help others do the same. I am currently enrolled in IIN’s health coach training program and ready to start making a difference in my clients’ lives!

I learned how to perform Reiki Level 1 on animals through Kind Karma in Huntersville, NC. After my classes and attunement, we took our knowledge to a rescue farm to practice on cows, horses, and pigs. Here, we learned how to apply animal communication as well. I am blessed to be working with many pets to help clear their energy, boost their healing, and to connect with their thoughts and feelings.

When I am not working or learning, you can find me practicing yoga, taking a stroll or bike ride, and spending time with loved ones. I have a big heart for animals, nature, music, and community. I love to write, play guitar, and travel with my husband! There is nothing better than an autumn morning with a warm drink in hand.
