Albert Einstein once said, “The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift.”

He is absolutely right. But what is intuition?

Last Saturday, I went to Charlotte, NC to volunteer at the annual VegFest. This event included all kinds of vendors with vegan food, holistic healing, homemade treats, wine, organizations, information, and more.

I wrote this poem a few years ago. It seems that in every phase of life, the pen of my soul follows and is sharper than ever before. Writing and creativity have been woven into my essence for as long as I can remember.
